Had an amazing time at this place during our Switzerland trip. The price was quite fair. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with parking nearby 🌟.

Perfect location for visiting the Lion monument, not too far from here. The staff were really friendly and helped us with finding public parking 😊.

The room was pleasantly decorated and attractively furnished. The location was marvellous, being next to the train station, chapel bridge, and many tourist attractions. It was convenient as it was a five to fifteen-minute walk to most of the Lucerne sights.

The hotel has great-sized rooms, a nice big room with drinks and a very comfortable double bed. Central location, at a short distance from a historic Gothic church. Excellent and fresh food, great service.

INCREDIBLE location near numerous restaurants, bridges, train station, old town, and bus stops. Outstanding breakfast with tea, fresh bread, muesli, and pastries.- Reasonably large hotel units featuring comfortable double beds and coffee.- Excellent service from accommodating and friendly staff.

Quaint hotel with pleasant views and super friendly staff. Excellent food for a continental breakfast. Nice facilities, parking on the street. Favorable location in the shopping area, adjacent to Old Town as well as train station and the boat quay. Easy to get to a covered wooden footbridge.

Great location! Within walking distance to churches, the river, old town, train station, ferries, and more. Had a nice dinner and drinks at Restaurant Bar Max nearby 🍹.

The great location was close to The Rosengart Collection. It was also close enough to the bustling centre of Lucerne, barely a 5-minute walk from the train station and nearby night markets.- Stayed in a newly renovated and compact superior queen room with a good breakfast.

Perfect location: 2 min walk from the railway station, 1 min to the Rosengart Collection, 3 min to the Old Town, 5 min to the KKL concert hall. The hotel is not located on a large street, but in a quiet side street. Very friendly staff - it feels like the team has been picked up. Comfortable bed, nice pillows. Normal little bathroom. Variety of delicious breakfast; lovely pastries. In the dining room is a coffee machine, next to it free tea, coffee, cream, sugar, fruit and the remaining after breakfast delicate croissants; all this can be taken at any time until late at night. However, croissants are already over by night :)

The sounds in the hallway are too well heard from the room. But the hotel is small, there are no crowds walking in the corridors, and personally, insufficient sound insulation did not interfere with me at all.

I highly recommend this venue and will definitely return; it was convenient to have onsite parking and the fact that it was located close to Syrtaki was a bonus as we enjoyed having dinner there.
